4. Orders & contracts

Any sale of goods is subject to a separate written purchase contract or proforma invoice. Standard Incoterms (FOB / CIF) apply unless otherwise agreed. Minimum order quantities (MOQ), payment terms and certification scope are confirmed at quote stage.

5. Quality & certifications

While we maintain rigorous IPM and pesticide-residue-free farming practices, certifications are issued by independent third parties. We provide lab reports and certificates per shipment. Importer is responsible for compliance with destination-country regulations.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Organic Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or our products. Our total liability under any contract is limited to the value of the specific shipment in question.
